About Sheridan Works

Sheridan Works is a robust experiential learning platform where Sheridan students/alumni and employers can engage in a variety of career-related and job-related activities and they can interact with Sheridan Career-Integrated Learning team members.  This includes staff supporting Career Services, Cooperative Education and Co-Curricular Recognition activities.  Whether you are a student or an employer, you will have your own unique Sheridan Works dashboard that acts as your landing page each time you access the system.

Students can login to:

  • Search the career services job board for full-time, part-time, summer, contract, freelance or volunteer (not-for profit) positions.

  • View and register for co-curricular activities.

  • View and register for career-related events.

  • Book virtual appointments with employment consultants, career counsellors, co-op and co-curricular staff.

  • Search and apply for co-op/internship jobs and book job interviews (note: this is applicable to students enrolled in co-op/internship only).

Employers can create an account for their organization and then login regularly to submit jobs to the career services job board and the co-op/internship job board.  Employers can review co-op/internship job applications, select interviewees, participate in virtual interviews, rank students for job offers and complete forms for Cooperative Education.

Sheridan has a history of offering students an extensive variety of work-integrated and experiential learning opportunities that allow students to gain career-ready competencies and prepare for their career.  Many students participate in work-integrated learning activities, such as co-op, internship, field placement, mandatory professional practice and apprenticeship.  Other opportunities such as work/volunteer positions, co-curricular activities or other hands-on learning experiences are also available to students.  The Sheridan Works platform will continue to evolve, supporting work-integrated and experiential learning activities.
